The 2010 Home Owners Association Invoices have been mailed. Payments are due by February 14, 2010. Late fees will be assessed after that date. If you did not receive yours, please email Scott Parr.
Notice
Recreational vehicles such as ATV's and snowmobiles are not permitted for recreational use within the subdivision - private property or not. Joy-riding is not permitted (by-laws section 2.22). Also, please be compassionate to your neighbors when removing snow from your property, for noise concerns and snow deposits. Also, it is illegal to remove snow from your property to others' properties such as plowing snow across the street into or onto a neighbor's property. If any of these issues arise, please contact the local authorities for action.

| Teresa's Benefit for Pancreatic Cancer | | Saturday, February 20th, 2010 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM | | Teresa's Benefit for Pancreatic Cancer will be held at Olympia Resort and Conference Center, 1350 Royale Mile Road, Oconomowoc, featuring the band Plumb Loco with special guest, Michael Begler. Tickets are $30 and include light appetizers, music, cash bar and fun! Silent Auction - Rock n' Roll Attire. Proceeds benefit AngelsGrace Hospice, Lustgarten Foundation and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Tickets should be available starting January 4 at the following locations: First Bank Financial Centre (Downtown office and Brown Street office), YMCA, Ixonia State Bank (Summit Avenue and Ixonia) and Dr. Peter Sheild's Office.
